CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Fresno, CA, #108913CMTA
Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Rep/Admin Assistant to join the team of our client, a highly successful manufacturing company in Fresno, CA.
SALARY: $20.00/HR plus DOE
- Assist clients with questions on their sales orders
- Follow up on the status of orders and any outstanding issues
- Process sales orders into database
- Assist department with other clerical duties
- 3 years of Customer Service experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
- Familiar with using QuickBooks (used as a customer portal) is a plus
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook required)
